If Andy Reed could fix Kolb, just think what he could do with Alex Smith who is a better quarterback.

KC trades us a third for Alex Smith and then selects Jarvis Jones with their first.

I know it was against Clowney but Lewan lost some money during that game. Scouts get paid to evaluate them and they'll realize that even in the NFL he'll only face a player of Clowney's caliber once a season if that but he still got beat down badly. Not like he'll free fall but he'll still be late 1st rounder I bet.

I think Mingo will still be a 1st round pick but he's definitely not the preseason top-10 player that the "talking heads" thought he was.

Montgomery boosted his stock but I haven't followed LSU very closely and I have no idea where he is projected to go anymore

Wisconsin Badgers senior center Travis Frederick has decided to forgo his senior season and declare for the 2013 NFL Draft.

Frederick started all 14 games this season for Wisconsin, and is projected to be a late 1st or early 2nd round pick by draft experts.

Wisconsin offensive lineman Travis Frederick will enter the NFL draft, a source close to the player said Friday.

Frederick has been told he may be picked late in the first round or early in the second. Frederick, 6-foot-4, 338 pounds, was a first-team All-Big Ten offensive lineman. He can play center and guard.

On Lewan, I don't judge him so harshly. If Clowney came out this year he would be the #1 prospect, and I think its a good bet he will be the #1 pick in 2014. I can't think of a DE that will enter the draft with a better career/measurables in the past 5 years.

Also I have reason as to why Utah DE/DT Joe Kruger left early. Utah's Defensive Line Coach left to join Gary Anderson's Wisconsin staff. Not saying its the whole reason why but its probably what pushed him over the edge.

That and he is probably concerned that without Star on the line he won't have as good of a year

Yep so he got while the gettin was good. Especially because one of those top 5 picking teams might be forward thinking enough to take Lotulelei first and then Kruger in the 4th(ish) to give Lotulelei some level of early comfortability in the NFL(as long as they like each other lol).
