might he be a consideration if/when niners look for possible replacement for smith, backup for kaeepernick,,,he has the mobility but im not sure if he has an nfl arm

or height. He is listed a t 6'0" flat. I like him though maybe as a 3rd QB behind Tolzien. Other developmental 3rd QB option is Jordan Rodgers from Vanderbilt.
The correct answer is Derek Carr from Fresno State.....so that when Kaepernick does have a bad game, fickle 49ers fans can resort to the familiar refrain of chanting for Carr.

Jordan Rodgers is trash. Only spoken about cause of who his brother is.

Lynch is only a junior too, he probably wont declare this year, unless the fact that his HC just got hired by NC State causes him to declare.
