Now that Gurley is suspended, he might be available in the 2-3 round range. I would love for the Niners to snatch him around that time.

I thought the suspension was for something else. He still could fall to the second round. This time last year, I'm sure people were "LOL" at the thought that Marqise Lee would fall to the second round.
