Daniel Jeremiah @MoveTheSticks
I'm studying Geno Smith tape. Reminds me of Alex Smith coming out of Utah.
Geno Smith and Alex Smith are very similar in build and athleticism. Geno has a little more arm and Alex was a little more accurate.

I think tge difference is the Geno doesnt have that "functionality" problem. Geno is more instinctual. Only problem I have.with Geno is that he will hold the ball too long and is unwilling to pull it down and run. Fix those problems and hes good. Hes got the arm and the accuracy.

Jason Cole @JasonColeYahoo
If NYJ QB Geno Smith fired his agents bec of his fall in the draft, that's another really bad sign. This guy doesn't handle negativity well.

He has NO IDEA what negativity and pressure is until that NYC media get a hold of him. They are brutal.

I read a scathing article on his attitude.
Claimed he was more interested in talking on his cell phone than talking to coaches at the combine.
Claimed he acted like he knew everything, and was not interested in what coaches had to say in the interviews.
I am looking for a link, but if the article is true, he will fit into that mess called the NY Jets quite well.
I found it. Written by Jason Cole

Here is an article that defends him.
