Elvis would be a great pick 7th round or UDFA. he is a big target with great hands. his speed is average but really is a great reciever from a smaller school. Same school Mike Person came from before we drafted him late last year.

I think its Justin by a long ways and then a pretty big drop off. He is the only surefire #1 wr I see in this draft. All others have shorcomings IMO.
Most of the rankings so far are pretty accurate. I think you could almost substitute anyone for anyone in the top 10 after Justin and it would be pretty much a crap shoot.
I still have Jeffery very high on my list and would rank him 3rd behind Floyd and just ahead of Wright.
