id say 4 hrs

not including night time though (maybe like 9 pm -9 am)

9 to 9 is a very good schedule for me as a German.

4-6 hours, not more.

Germany to us west 9 hours, to eastcoast 6 hours. But you dont have to care about me. I can manage it anyway ;)

Though, BoiseNiner could in Germany as well (US-Soldier). At least, this was the case last year.

Same boat as you, I can manage the time difference just fine.
