1.Colts: Andrew Luck, QB
Polian is gone, Caldwell is irrelevant. New regimes mean new QB, especially when we are talking about a 35yrs-old, bad injured Peyton Manning. Furthermore, it's not like Peyton will do it that much longer, injury-prone or not. And even with trades, I don't see something big coming in. Franchise QBs, especially guys like Luck, don't grow on trees. A no-brainer imo.
2.Rams: Justin Blackmon, WR
Very hard to decide whether it will be Blackmon or Kalil. Acc to Rob Rang (or another mock drafter) Kalil has the ability to be a HOF-pass blocker but he is not the best run-blocker in the country at all. Additionally to that, the Rams spent two first-rounder on O-liners in the last three years and that O-line worked very well last year, i.e. imo it's not a talent problem but a system or coaching problem. They should try out the given guys another season before giving up on them or on one of them.
Lloyd is the only weapon for Bradford by far. Drafting Blackmon would give Sam another big-time weapon. Yes, the WR-class is deep this year but Blackmon seems to be VERY good.
3.Vikings: Matt Kalil, OT
Their pass protections sucks even more. How could I forget about that one.
before: Morris Claiborne, CB.Their secondary is a mess since 2010. Winfield can't stay healthy. No-brainer.
4.Browns: RGIII, QB
No-brainer at all, imo. I saw what Shurmur did in St. Louis and I see what he did with the Browns. I think, the talent level of both teams is comparable, i.e. McCoy is the weak point or at least one of the weak points in the offense.
5.Bucs: Morris Claiborne, CB
They have some non-performing issues with their both CBs.
before:Trent Richardson, RB. I am not a fan of drafting RBs that high but Trent is a special talent. And the Bucs need a pass-catching RB as well.
6.Redskins: Ryan Tannehill, QB
update: Now, where Jones and Barkley go back to school, I even care less about the "fact" that this kid is not worth a first-rounder...
Yeah, I know, way too high for him but the Skins need a future at QB desperately and they shouldnt risk a trade-down here. At least, the Chicken need a new QB and the Chiefs as well as the Broncos are in the hunt, too. Why not Jones? Wasn't a big factor in the bigger games and he seems to be more of a system QB rather than let looking his teammates better like Luck at Stanford or Peyton at Colts.
And Shanahan loves athletic QBs, Ryan is very athletic.
7.Jaguars: Michael Floyd, WR
Honestly, the Jags is one of the teams I don't know much about. What I know is that Gabbert needs another weapon or the Jags need another QB. And they still need a pass-rusher (a known issue). Floyd should be the BPA here.
update: A pass-rusher like Quinton Coples is a strong alternative here.
8.Dolphins: Riley Reiff, OT
Nice upgrade over their current RT. Can run-block very good. Is relatively athletic. No-brainer.
before: Matt Kalil, OT.Finally Kalil is gone. Long does a good job at LT but his teammate at RT doesn't. Landry Jones is a possibility here but I think that they are fooled by Matt Moores season's garbage time performance (same went for the Panthers).
9.Panthers: Devon Still, DT
Could be Kirkpatrick as well b/c their CBs stink. But the pass-rush begins at the LOS. Additionally to that, their run-defense doesn't exist and that thing begins at the d-line, especially in the interior part. No-brainer imo.
Update: A lot of mocks consider a CB here. I dont count that out but every passing defense still begins in the trenches.
10.Bills: Courtney Upshaw, OLB
They added Merriman; should tell enough about their pass-rush. Upshaw comes from a 3-4 system and I assume that the Bills want to switch to 34 in the near future.
11.Chiefs: Jonathan Martin, OT
They need a new RT badly. Jones could be gone here as well but Orton is there and will stay, especially when McDaniels comes in. Another alternative is Kirkpatrick.
12.Seahawks: Quinton Coples, DE
Could be Landry Jones, too but Carroll needs succes NOW. A QB-project needs at least one year of work usually. Their pass-rush sucks.
Update: Landry Jones is not even available anymore.
13.Cardianals: DeCastro, OG
Their whole O-line stinks. Would fill a huge need.
14.Cowboys: Dre Kirkpatrick, CB
BPA/need=No-brainer.
15.Eagles: Melvin Ingram, OLB
Whole LB-corps should be upgraded. Kuechly could be it as well.
16.Jets: Mark Barron, SS
Followed the Jets too few times. Just look up the cbs mock.
17.Bengals: Alfonzo Dennard, CB
Pacman Jones and Clements in the lineup??? Oh yeah, you need a new CB badly.
18.Chargers: Perry, OLB
They need a pass-rusher badly.
19.Bears: Kendall Wright, WR
Imo, he is "just" another speedster with a little bit more talent than an avg 5th-round-kick returner but who cares. The Bears need some serious WR-threat, here we go.
20.Titans: Nick Perry, DE
Titans need some pass-rush as well.
