I don't see Broyles being that high. I think he would have been a 2nd-3rd Rd. pick had he been healthy. He's not big (5'10-5'11/190 lbs), not a speedster (4.5 range), played in an offense that inflated his stats, and now this a torn ACL he'll slide lower.

Agreed, no we take OL when we can get our mits on a great corner or wr instead. None of our OL except current off the bench players Rachal, Snyder and Boone are up for new contracts. Boone is easily the most important but hes an exclusive rights free agent anyway so there is no way he walks. In terms of first round talent we will take the best WR/CB/S/LB/DE/OL - pretty much in that order of priority.
It is way to early to trust what mocks are picking so you have to look a little closer at what positions are being selected most frequently not the players per se. Last night I clicked on every updated mock on DCsports database and the 2 most frequently picked positions by the 9ers are WR and CB followed by a very peculiar select of inside linebackers which is absolutely hilarious because Bowman and Willis almost never miss a snap....But my point still stands that just based off of contracts and overall talent our priorities this draft should be WR, CB, S, LB.
