Don't know if this has been posted yet or if anyone else caught this comment, but when Baalke was questioned about Petersen being compared to the great Deion, he said, to paraphrase, " We'll have to find out when he gets here." Up to that point, he refused to divulge any draft plans, but that comment would indicate the 9'ers are definitely targeting Petersen. No great surprise, but I take it to mean he's their number one guy.

If he thought he could determine if Petersen was a Deion in the making from a visit, he's not as smart as I thought. Plus, didn't Petersen already visit?

I was thinking the same thing. He could mean when PP arrives to the NFL, but I tend to think it may have been Freudian as well.
