Alabama tight end Preston Dial has been drawing a solid amount of interest from NFL teams as he continues to get back to his old self following a sports hernia.

He has received the most attention from the Miami Dolphins, including coach Tony Sparano and general manager Jeff Ireland.

Other teams that have displayed interest in Dial includes: the Carolina Panthers, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, and the Seattle Seahawks.

Injured at the Senior Bowl, Dial wasn't able to take part in workouts until recently. He's back up to 240 pounds.

Dial took part in a workout with quarterback Greg McElroy, who broke his hand at the Senior Bowl.

The 6-foot-2 H-back is regarded as a later-round draft target who has sound hands, blocking skills and good football awareness.

Last season, he caught a career-high 25 passes for 264 yards and three touchdowns.

Most teams are going to want to convert him to FB.
