Best player in the draft that fills a huge need at CB.

2. Texas- OLB S.Acho
I would like to trade down in the 2nd round and pick him. Had a great pro day where he proved that he could play OLB in a 3-4.

3. UNC- WR G. Little
Great size and hands. Has some off field concerns but has a great upside. A.Boldin 2.0

4a. Iowa- QB R. Stanzi
Trade for a veteran QB and let Stanzi learn for a couple of years.

4b. UW- OG/C J. Moffitt

5. Arizona- DE L. Guy

6a. UK- RB D. Locke

6b. Stanford- CB R. Sherman

7a. UWV- NT C. Neild

7b. OSU- K D. Baily

7c. UNC- FB R.Taylor

7d. TCU- FS C. Jones

If the draft went down like this, I'd be smiling pretty big.

That is a good mock. I am assuming that you think there will be a run on QB's in the late first and early second that will leave the Niners without a QB option at #45. If that is the case, Stanzi would be a nice pickup in the 4th.

With Cinn, Clev, Arz, Wsh and Minn. drafting ahead of the 49ers in the 2nd round I doubt the 49ers will have any shot at a quality QB in the 2nd round.

If Car and Buff grab Newton and Gabbert then Sea grabs Locker.
That leaves Ponder, Mallett, Dalton, Kaepernick.

This year, there are as many as 12 teams that will draft a QB. After the run of QBs in the earlier 2nd, I doubt that Stanzi lasts till our 4th round pick. If you want him, you most likely pick him in the third.

not bad. i dont think we need a WR that early. stanzi may not last till the 4th so a QB in 2nd or 3rd would be better

Yeah I think Stanzi will be gone by the 4th round.
I would like to trade down in the 2nd and pick up another 3rd.
