While I'd have no problems w/Quinn, if Gabbert's still on the board, it would cause Baalke/Harbaugh to pause...and strongly consider taking him. JH has been pretty tight-lipped about the QB's he or his staff have evaluated, but did say he was impressed with what Gabbert showed and that he definitely didn't hurt his draft status.

Quinn or Prince. 2nd round looks interesting. Taylor, Ponder, and Reed still available,

No problem whatsoever taking Prince or Quinn. I'd be perfectly fine with either.

though i see no real reason for us to need a receiver, i feel like AJ Green's BPA value at 7 would be just too much to pass up..
and i LOVE Amukamara, id just rather get him when he's one of the better players available..Newton and Gabbert both going high can really make the top 15 picks really screwy..

Fairley becomes and instant milliionaire and vanishes in to bling oblivion = big mistake I hope we pass and take the Prince as projected here

Take Quinn and i also think Prince is going to fall a bit. not because of him but because of team needs and value. Did anyone else notice that so many of the players photos looked like police mugshots?

Agreed. I also think Robert Quinn is a much better option.
Yea, I like Amukamara, but there are at least 10 players better than him in the draft. If we get the 11th or 12th best player in the draft at 7th spot - I'll be disappoint.
I'll be fine with dropping down and taking him. 7th spot is way too high for him. I doubt he goes in top 10.

Would much rather have Fairley than what was chosen.
i dont get why the browns should prefer bowers over green...
Because pass rushers are a premium position, WR's are not.
There is no such thing as sure fire in the NFL draft process. Bowers is arguably the best pass rusher in this class, arguably being the key word. It's possible he could be the top rated prospect on Cleveland's draft board.
I wouldn't say they would take Bowers over Green but it is a very conceivable idea if both would be their that they would take Bowers.
Isnt Cleveland still running a 3-4? In a 4-3 Bowers would be perfect. Not sure about a 3-4 though....

I do not understand this thought process at all. Amukamara is the best pure CB in this draft. PP is a STUD, but he's already almost too big to be a CB. Will be be able to keep up with a player like Desean Jackson, Mike Wallace. Quinn is very tempting. I personally like the bigger OLB's, and Quinn is a sexy name.
Compare Quinn to a second round OLB. Now compare Prince to a second round CB. I think there is a a strong argument that CB depth is weaker in this draft.
I believe the Niners can get a very effective edge rusher later in the draft. Look at a player like Travis Laboy. He was never household name, but when we was healthy, he put some pretty consistent pressure on the QB. Players like that can be found in the second round.

If Robert Quinn is on the board and we don't pick him without drafting Patrick Peterson or Von Miller I'm going to be very pissed off.

I like Prince a lot. Hes very athletic, a productive star in college and seems to have a good head on his shoulder. Him and Von Miller both imo look like two of the "safest" picks in the top 10.

Not bad for a worst case scenario - we still get a R1 stud in either Prince or Quinn, and still get our shot at one of those 3 early in R2 without giving up anything to trade back into the 1st. The top part of the 2nd round always has tons of trades, up and down, and the price is usually pretty low to swap spots with someone if we see our chance to get Ponder or Reed.
