I don't see a topic about him. I saw a recent mock draft with him going to the Niners. What you guys think?

Stock is falling because of knee injury concerns, no thanks. Plus he's better in a 4-3.

He's going to be a great player but unfortunately he doesn't even come close to fitting our system. Would be a waste of a pick for us. He'll be a great 4-3 DE though.

Yeah, I see his fit at DE in a 4-3. I'm really like our 7th spot in the draft though. We'll get one hell of a player at 7.

He kinda reminds me of Shaun Ellis.

Honestly I've only seen a couple of youtube clips of Bowers but if Parys Haralson can be an OLB for us, there's no reason to think Bowers couldn't.

I would rather trade down than draft Bowers. He doesn't project well as an OLB and would not seem well suited to a 3-4 DE.
If he isn't scheduled for a visit, the 49ers are either disguising their intentions or more likely, have no interest in him.
