I have my doubts about this scenario, since the Cowboys would deal with the Browns at 6 to get to Peterson. The Browns would be thrilled to move down four spots and pick up other compensation.
However, if we stick with the current conversation, the Niners would certainly make that trade. Gaining an extra first rounder for dropping three spots, from 7 to 10. I think it would be a no-brainer.
