8 works best if you wanna do another and finish before the draft. I got AFC East if possible.

I can't run two at the same time. One of us can start one with Boise and Ninerlifer in it.

It won't finish (or even get through 4 rounds) in time.

The unfortunate reality is more managers=more delays. Even with only 8, it took a month, and especially once we got past the first few rounds, we had major delays.

I'd do more than one draft (as someone suggested), so that some more people could get in on it. But if we want a draft to finish before the real one starts, we need 8 people at MOST and the right 8, or the real draft will be over before we get to the third day of ours.

3 weeks to the real deal. Should we get this thing started soon? Maybe try and get it set up in the next few days and start Monday or sometime next week?
