I say NO, 3-4 DEs can be had much later in the draft and its not a huge need.

I don't think he can play 3-4 OLB or 3-4 DE. He's a 4-3 DE
He may not have on the field elite 3-4 OLB speed or burst, but he does a fantastic job at shedding blockers and getting to the football.
And in any 3-4 defense, shedding blockers is critical. If we are able to get him at 7 (which I doubt), he'd be Manny Lawson + a pass rush threat.
