A lot of teams will need a QB this season and unless Locker does very well at the Combine and the Senior Bowl, I see him being available from 15-20. I wouldn't mind trying to trade up for him if we happen to select Amukamara with our #7 pick.
As far as the Luck trade talk is concerned, it's not gonna happen so we need to stop dreaming and drop it. Carolina knows that Luck has the potential to be a superstar in the league and they would much rather trade Clausen and select Luck instead of trading down. Plus, they have to think about their fanbase and selecting Luck would increase ticket sales for sure.

They might. Just look at what QBs with potential are traded for. Patriots got an EARLY 2nd for Cassel, Atlanta got two 2nd round picks for Shaub, and San Diego swapped 2nd round picks with Seattle (over 20 spots in the 2nd) and got a 3rd in 2011 for Charlie Whitehurst (a 3rd round pick that had never even attempted a pass though 4 years in the NFL). A 2nd year player that was thought of as a first round talent coming out of college would definitely have some suitors that might very well be willing to give up a 2nd.
