My personal feeling is we'll pick Prince Amukamara in the first. I honestly rather have Patrick Peterson but I think he'll be a Cowboy or a Lion. My guess is we end up 5-11 and have the 7th or 8th pick. I think Prince will be a 49er. Not sure how I feel about this because while I haven't watrched him play too much, I do know he got roasted by Justin Blackmon and I've seen a few comparisons to Nate Clements also which I do not like. I personally rather get A. Luck but that's impossible, or maybe Ryan Mallett but I think we go back to the WCO and I doubt he'd fit well in the WCO. So Prince it is.
What's your feeling of who you think we take?

I think we are going to hire Jim Harbaugh as the HC and he will draft Jake Locker, unless we sell out the draft for Luck. Harbaugh coached Luck into a beast and I think he's cocky enough to think that he can get the most out of Locker.

I really think we could get Jake Locker. He is going to go around #10 - #15 and that's right where we are picking. Mallett is also possible. I really believe it will be a QB if we can.
If we pick high enough it could be Patrick Peterson. But IMO we won't pick that high. Luck is out of the question. We don't pick that high no matter how much people want him.

That would be sick, you think we'll get him in the 2nd or the 3rd?

It would probably have to be the second, if he busts a 4.38 at the combine he will look pretty good to teams.

I guy Idk if he will end up in SF, but if we do away with Haralson, then Dontay Moch, from Nevada, I love this kid.
He fits the 3-4 OLB spot.
Another guy I think we may take besides the obvious is Jerrell Powe, from Ole Miss as a NT if he falls to rd 2, which is possible after Mount Cody fell to rd 2.
I had a feeling Mays would be a 49er, hated the idea, but i have hope for him.

That's the same feeling I have about Amukamara dude. Except the more I learn about him the more I find out he's a really good prospect. He has like 15 PDs this year.
As far as Mays, I hated the idea of drafting him in the first but as a 2nd I didn't mind.

I could really see that happening. And I really think that's where we will pick. Also I think it would be good.

yes. alex smith 2.0. precisely what we need.
If Harbaugh ends up as our coach i have a feeling some crap will go down to get Luck on the team(as ive stated in so many threads i think its the only way Luck comes out). Otherwise Mallett seems like the most likely pick.

There is no comparison between Alex Smith and Jake Locker. People who say so don't watch football. Locker has a 10 times better arm, much better legs, much better athleticism. And where Alex is scared and tenative Locker shows confidence. No comparison at all.
Plus Locker was injured this year. It has to be taken in that context. A broken rib and a deep thigh bruise. A lot of people don't realize he was injured. A healthy Locker has a chance to be a real dynamic player.
