Draftees have to do something else for a year?

How would a lock-out affect the draft?

there is still a FA period and Draft according to what ive heard, not sure what they would do.
With the CBA not agreed, and less than a yr left, it doesnt look good, and we might face a lockout after all.

From how I understand it FA & the draft are a part of the 2010-2011 season which will be completed in it's entirety. A lockout would not affect FA or the draft until the 2011-2012 season.
