I personally know Pat Devlin, he is NOT a top-tier talent at QB. He is getting hyped because he is a D-1 transfer to Delaware ala Flacco. Jerrod Johnson is going to shoot up draft boards, he is plain nasty. Jack Crawford is NOT a 3-4 olb by any means. He is way too stiff. Also, I think claiborne should be rated higher.
