Singletary is really making an impression on these kids!
03/30/2010 - PRO DAY RESULTS: San Fancisco head coach Mike Singletary and quarterback coach Mike Johnson were both on hand at the Rattlers' pro day on March 18th. The other noteworthy player among the 14 prospects that participated was KR LeRoy Vann. Vann (5-8 3/8, 177) ran 4.59 and 4.62 in the 40, had a 35-inch vertical, a 9-10 broad, a 4.26 short shuttle and a 7.27 three-cone drill. Those numbers are not really a true barometer, however, due to the poor field conditions. He also did 16 bench press repetitions at 225 pounds. - Gil Brandt, NFL.com

Incredibly good pickup. A+ transaction.
ps?
Think Allen Rossum. Extra DB, main PR.
didn't know he was db
what do you think about Kyle Williams then? I really think we will cut Jones
crabtree, morgan, ginn, hill, williams?
Everyone has to earn their spot. The best will make the team.

This needs to be noted. Tack on the "game speed" factor, and you understand Vann is far.. far.. far faster than that.

we may just go 5 WRs. with the thought that maybe a RB or CB/KR can play at WR if needed.

maybe ginn will see more wr action than anticipated and im fine with that because thats where i want him a lot and to finally develop and live up to expectations. plus he will prevent defenses from stacking the line. i think both williams and vann have a good shot on making the team. get rid of the waste of brandon jones
