Don't get a bust with mid-first round picks. Get 3 or 4 solid players who will help out from day 1 in the first few rounds. No question marks -- no Anthony Davis, no Joe Haden, no Dez Bryant.

I think this means trading down in the 1st round and moving up in the 2d and/or acquiring another pick or two. Who are very solid players that may be available? I'm looking at Charles Brown, Earl Thomas, John Jerry or John Asamougha (or even Maurice Pouncey), a good returner. If we stay at 13 I would look at Spiller.
