I don't like doing mock drafts until right before the draft because the draft boards look completely different in January compared to April. But now that the draft is only two weeks away, I'll take a try at a mock. I think the most important thing in this draft is getting our RT in the first round. It was a huge need for us last year and we came out of the draft without one because Crabtree fell to us. So no matter what, this year we have to come out of this draft with our starting RT. If we don't, I guarantee you we WILL NOT make the playoffs. Other than that I think we have other needs in the return game, secondary and possibly a speedy playmaker to make our offense more dynamic and harder to defend. So here are my mock drafts 1.0A (with a trade) and 1.0B (no trades):
Mock Draft 1.0A (With a trade)
#13: 49ers trade #13 and next years 3rd round pick to the Eagles for #24 and #37
#17: Anthony Davis OT Rutgers
While the niners would love for Trent Williams or Bryan Bulaga to fall to them at 13, I just don't think it will happen. While Davis is still the #4 offensive tackle he has more question marks than I would like for a player in the first round, but he's our only choice. (We might even have to reach for him using our #13 selection if the Seahawks don't take a tackle at #6. Because if they haven't taken a tackle and he is available to them at #14 they will probably take him.)
#24: Maurkice Pouncey C/G Florida
While Heitmann is a very good C he won't be playing at an elite level for too much longer, so when that happens Pouncey will be ready to replace him. Until then Pouncey will compete with Baas and Rachel for the starting guard positions and I would envision Pouncey and Rachel coming out as the starters and Baas backing them up. Offensive line fixed.
#37: Nate Allen FS South Florida
Allen can come in and play FS moving Goldston over to SS. This would give us a great SS/FS tandem for years to come and help to strengthen our defensive backfield.
#49: Dexter McCluster RB/WR/KR Ole Miss
Our return game is now fixed. McCluster also doubles as a dynamic offensive weapon as a running back and as a receiver.
#79: Akwasi Owusu-Ansah CB/KR Indiana of Pennsylvania
Akwasi ran an amazing 4.31 40 time at his pro-day. He brings desperately needed speed to our defense and also gives us another option in the return game.
#113: Brandon Spikes ILB Florida
I know you're thinking that he won't make it to our 4th round pick, but I think after running a 5.0 40 at his pro day his stock will fall. His cousin Takeo will teach him the ropes and he will have a year or two to take over as the starting ILB next to Willis.
#145: Myron Rolle S Florida State
Would provide depth at the safety position and could develop into a good safety in the future.
6th-7th rounds: BPA
Mock Draft 1.0B (No trades)
#13: Joe Haden CB Florida
While I would definitely consider Spiller at this pick, I think McCluster provides better value in the second round. Haden would come in and start right away opposite Spencer giving us a great CB tandem for years to come.
#17: Anthony Davis OT Rutgers
#49: Dexter McCluster RB/WR/KR Ole Miss
#79: John Jerry G Ole Miss
This massive guard could provide depth for the o-line next year and could replace Baas if we let him go after the 2010 season.
#113: Brandon Spikes ILB Florida
#145: Myron Rolle S Florida State

If I had to choose, I think I'd like the first one more. Although, I don't think Owusu-Ansah will be available in the 3rd, I think he'll be taken late 2nd at the latest, so you may want to switch him to 49, and McCluster to 79, because I think he'll fall. I love the Spikes pick in both, and if he does fall to the 4th, I think it's a no-brainer. Lastly, I'm not sure if Rolle falls to the 5th, I see him going mid-4th. But overall, nice job.

I would like a RT - whoever that ends up being - Davis, Williams, Brown, or Saffold. I would really like to move back from #17 if possible and get another second or third round pick. I like Spiller/Haden at 13 and then Brown or Saffold at 23, Allen at SS; McCluster, and Owusu/Ansah. I do not like Spikes for he is too slow for our defense. If we want to go defense here I would like the best NT possible to back up Faranklin. The I want Carter at OG and another PR and ILB in the later rounds. Or we can use Boone as the OG and keep the focus on Passrusher, ILB, and another CB.

I agree some of my picks might be a little bit of a reach, but I think they are all plausable. Whatever does happen on draft day I hope most of our picks address the o-line and secondary problems.

I don't think Rolle lasts to the fifth. I think Spikes could be there in the fourth but I got ripped apart for that in my mock

Yea, I was prepared to get ripped for that when I posted this too.
