RT or Spiller @ 13

RT or Spiller @ 13

Another reason to trade down if he's there and we don't have a OL we want...we control where Spiller goes if he falls to us.
This isn't a difficult decision. Who is the better player at 13? That is who you take. Personally, I think Spiller is a better RB/KR than all the OT's except Okung.

I'd take the RT because we can always address the KR/PR situation later in the draft. I don't think you can say that about the RT situation.

Depends on what tackle is still available. Personally I'd prefer Spiller over any of the tackles with the exception of Williams.

Depends on who's there. I'm still not opposed to trading down and picking up best instead in the 2nd.

I think Best may have ran his way into the first round today!

Best biggest test is what the doctors say. Injury concerns compiled with his slight frame could easily drop him to the 2nd. My ideal draft is Williams, Iupati, and then Best.

I would cream my pants if that happened.
With 84 votes it's 50/50. I thought it would lean more towards thr RT but we can see spiller is clearly the new webzone favorite over iupati
You guys are gonna love this......

I would be pretty excited. Although I would rather have a top tier saftey.

Trent Williams, CJ Spiller and Perrish Cox

Could you imagine. This place would go nuts, me included.
Its tempting if Spiller i sitting there at 13 but if one of those sweet tackles is their also so to be safe you have to go with the Tackle.

Im pretty sure that whoever gets drafted at Tackle will more like start or at least compete during the summer.

the messed up thing is that if we pass on Spiller Seattle with the next pick after us will probably take him & Spiller will become the enemy..........SUCKS!!!!
It depends on who's available...I still can't figure out why so many fans are still on the Trent Williams bandwagon. He's slow, only plays RT well...all the other top OT's can play LT and are more agile. For those who say, RT is the spot Singletary wants to fill, that's only partly right. He'd expect any OT taken to have the ability to play both positions, and that's where Williams falls short. Even Charles Brown would be a better pick...he's very agile, plays both positions, and is adept at zone blocking, which Coach Solari is implementing this off-season. FWIW, both Singletary and Mac have said it's not a given that Pashos goes to the 'Skins just because Foerster went there. They want to re-sign him.

He's not slow for sure as his Combine drills will attest and most of the issues seem to stem from consistency within in one position. He had troubles in the beginning of the season, but matured and played better toward the end at LT.

If Williams and Spiller are there at #13, I think the brass would have Williams a bit higher on their board with talent + need formula. If Williams, Davis and Campbell are there, then there is a slight chance we take Spiller first as two of those three could make it to #17.

IMO, Williams just solidified his place in the top 10 this weekend.
