I think D-linemn should show something that says I am here in year one but like o-linemen they need to get in the weight room and develope technique in order to compete with the big boys.

CB's generally need to catch up to the speed of the game and then they are fine, LB's usually hit the ground running, FS/SS can come in and make an impact right away!

IMO LB's & FS/SS give the edge to the skilled positions.
