Haden will be a Titan or Falcon IMHO. One might even jump up a couple spots to grab him despite the reported slow 40 time.

Perrish Cox - 4.53 / 4.57

He'll be an UDFA...

No, but it might make him slide a few spots since speed is pretty darn important for a CB.

With all the little speed type wide outs in the league (ie Desean Jackson), a CB needs to have speed. Haden is scarying me a little here.

Haden has got safety speed. No way I take him in the top 20.

Just as long as we don't take him. We don't need another slow corner trying to be shutdown.

Sounds a lot like Jenkins fall last year. Reiterates my concerns about him months ago. He looked good because the WRs and QBs in the SEC weren't very good last year. Tough to evaluate a guy in that scenario.

Great time for Chad Jones.

The Taylor Mays show has begun. He had a 41 inch vertical.

That looked like a slow 4.45 too
Not able to watch right now, as I'm at work, but wanted to comment on Haden.

If the 4.57 time sticks, he's not going to be a top 10 pick, but will probably still be a top 20 selection (if he is sub 4.6). Of course, we'll have to see if there is a health issue (food poisoning, the flu) that may be hurting his workout.

This does remind of Malcolm Jenkins last year, who ended up going to the Saints at 14. The big difference is size. Jenkins was a pretty big corner at 6', while Haden is a smaller, sub 6' corner. Jenkins also ran a 4.53, which was faster than Haden's time.

Cox's 40 time is also a disappointment at 4.53. He might be in the Niners area, at 49, when they select in the second round, and the team has already met with him at the combine.

Of course, times are not official, and as we saw with Spiller's run, can fluctuate dramatically.

Meanwhile, Berry and Arenas had huge days if there times stick. Berry's 4.40 is blazing for a FS, and Arenas running faster than Haden is completely unexpected, at 4.52.

Final note: The Niners have surely tipped their hand that they will draft some corner with special teams skills by letting Hudson walk today.
