C.J. Spiller? IMO theres no need to draft him....or a RB in general.

No we don't NEED him, but he has the potential to be an explosive playmaker and having one of those is never a bad thing.

Yeah, who needs an explosive play maker like deshaun Jackson, who we passed on twice to get Kentwan Balmer and Chilo Rachal.

Whoe needs a PR/KR, and a RB who can make it to the outisde? Who needs a player who Defenses have to plan for?

We should just draft OL and DL for the whole draft, after all the game is won in the tranch's.

How do you think this will effect frank gore, what if he gets mad what if he demands a trade? (i doubt he would ever do this, but you never know)


He still has IMO 4 years lefts, Gore is not the kind of back that shares carries, he is a guy who gets better the more carries he has in a game, why would we limit that.


i dont know, i have more to say but im done with this topic, whatever the Niners decide to do im gonna roll with it cuz in the end they know what they are trying to build and what kinda team they want, i just hope they address the obvious most important needs which imo are o-line and safety

why do we need a 3rd down back, frank gore is an awesome receiver out of the backfield. I jsut think if we draft him i just dont see him being anything more than a KR we drafted in the 1st round

I love Frank Gore. He's definitely one of my favorite players. But we'd be drafting Spiller to be more than just a running back. He is explosive and can play as a slot receiver and like i said, answer our kick return problems. We witnessed the importance of having a return specialist last season. And like I said, what if Gore gets injured again (knocks on wood), we need better insurance than Glen "stands upright and runs into his own linemen" Coffee.

But as i noted before, I still want Trent Williams/Bryan Bulaga and Mike Iupati in the draft.

so you are ok with wasting a 1st round pick....for a KR/PR? niners have bigger problems.
