Is this a deeper draft?

Is this one of the deeper drafts in recent memory? A lot of juniors seem to be coming out in fear of the CBA and the potential rookie salary cap.

With that said, I don't see any reason why we can't get 3 quality starters out of this draft with our first 3 picks. I don't want to see any "project" players (i.e. Balmer) with the first 3 picks unless its a DE moving to OLB in our scheme.

I can't wait till draft day.

Agree, I want at least 3 starters also & don't care which positions.

I don't believe the anticipated influx of undergrads ever happened. I believe around 10 less than last year. However, conventional wisdom seems to be that this is a deep draft nonetheless.

1 DB - Javier Arenas in Round 2 (nickel back and KR in first year)
