Would you trade our two 1st rounders for the #1 overall pick to draft Ndamukong Suh?
We wouldn't need to use our franchise tag on Aubrayo Franklyn and we'd have a stud DT, the kind we've been coveting for years! Also, I think this is a legitimate question because having two first round picks would definitely help the struggling Rams.

I don't think he's big enough to play as a nose tackle in a 3-4.
It'd be nice to have him but not at the cost of going thru next season with the same OL.
Anyways, there is a counter to Suh. His name is Iupati.

Even if we wanted Suh, #13 (1150) and #16/17 (1000 max) would only get us to # 3 or 4 . . . so we'd have to give up even more. And we shouldn't be too keen on arming the sorry a$$ Rams with a bunch of early draft picks. It's not an option.

Why trade two middle of the first round picks, which could potentially become two starters next season.. for Ndamukong Suh, who is a great player in his own right when we don't even need a DT/NT. We will re-sign franklin and our front 3 are great at stopping the run already.
NOOOOO!!!!
NOOOOO!!!!

Who has Iupati even looked in the eyes, let alone block against, that is comparable to Ndamukong Suh?
