It looks like
13 & 17 - If the Jets Win
13 & 18 - If the Bengals Win

We moved up a few picks because of strength of schedule, so our pick is 13th and our second one from Carolina is either 17th or 18th depending on the outcome of the Jets/Bengals game.

NYG opponents 135-121 (All games complete)
Since both the Panthers and Titans played the Jets, the game is meaningless in the end for the tiebreaker in opponents' W-L. The Niners will miss out on the coin toss with the Titans by one game, and the Giants, by either two or three games.
We will be selecting 13th, and either 17th or 18th depending on the outcome of the game.

According to this chart, we could move up to 3 or 4 overall if there's something there worthy of such a trade. That gives the team a lot of options. This draft promises to be an exciting one no matter what.

I dont think this team is one player away from the big time. Two 1st rounders and a second would deliver way more value to the 49ers. Oh wait...oopps I forgot we have Scott drafting...........well anyway 3 quality starters would be nice

I must admit I am bummed at the outcome of the draft order, I don't see any way in hell Haden lasts till 13 and we might get stuck with the 5th OT off the board as I could easily see 4 OTs going before pick 13 and I don't think Spiller will be on the board at 17.

I hope your wrong, that would suck big time. But, at the same time we can go out in FA and get a proven tackle, instead of a gamble, and one that can produce right away.

Hello CJ Spiller @17 or 18
dont mean to burst your bubble, but he wont last IMO to pick 17, and might even go top 10-12, and be out of reach.
Plus I can see us picking Anthony Davis or CJ Spiller, not both, both have top 15 written all over them.
I see the following as my top 15(Not a mock, just my top 15 guys)
QB Jimmy Clausen
QB Sam Bradford
RB CJ Spiller
OT Russell Okung
OT Anthony Davis
OT Trent Williams
DE Carlos Dunlap
DE Derrick Morgan
DE/OLB Jason Pierre-Paul
OLB Jerry Hughes
ILB Rolando McClain
DT Ndamukong Suh
DT Gerald McCoy
CB Joe Haden
S Eric Berry
which means 1 will be their at 13, maybe 1 at 17, if we see some players rise up.
My next 5 are;
WR Dez Bryant
WR Golden Tate
OT Marcus Campbell
S Taylor Mays
S Earl Thomas
