Well, Mr.Scott Wright makes a living covering the NFL Draft, i like his heave ad website but he has really looked bad on Goldson and Elvis Dumervil. He hated Elvis, his comment was "The Kiss Of Death, slow and small" But he really seemed to hate Dashon Goldson out of college and said we reached the most out of the 2007 draft to get Goldson in the 4th round. Well he was good today.

As many around here know, I can't stand Wright's "analysis" on guys. He's just not good. He's not good at projecting, he's not at all a "draft expert." He simply is not.
Don't trust what you read from Scott.

I agree with OTC. The only guy that I trust at all is Mike Mayock. Heck, I have been more accurate in my projections over the last three years than Wright, Matt Maguire, Kuiper, and Mcshay.
To tell you the truth, some of the guys on this board are better than the above referenced "experts." See: OTC, NCommand, and Maddog to name a few.

Like National Media - Todd Mcshay or Mike Mayock IMO
Honestly, just read the guys at the draft forum from this site. Maddog, OTC, others as well.

Wow. One game? You're dissing this guy for knocking Goldson cus Goldson forced a couple of fumble prone Rbs to fumble?

I wouldn't take it that far. Goldson has been pretty good for us, even though he doesn't get much credit.
To be fair though, nearly every draft expect thought we reached for Goldson. He was relatively unknown.
Another good find for Scot, IMO.

Im only talking about those players cos he was really saying that those players sucked and would never been NFL caliber players. He called our pick)Goldson) on of the worst of the draft and the biggest reach of the 2007 draft. He just hated both of those players, he really did.

McShay, Kiper, and Mayock know their stuff because they actually watch the guys like some of us do, and key in on specific qualities needed to be successful in the league.
By all means, it seems like Wright just takes a guess based on what could generally be heard about a player.
