See OG Mike Iupati: Fresno State at Idaho. (ESPNU)

Game is currently in the second half airing on ESPNU, if you have it.

Iupati just threw a couple devastating blocks on the same play, springing his back from the goal-line for a 60+ yard run. Telling you right now.. the man tosses people aside like ragdolls. That was just silly.

Watch LG Mike Iupati #77 if you tune in.

And if you care about Fresno State's 1st-round RB Prospect, Ryan Matthews, you can catch him too.

You sick f**ker
How tall is he and what is his weight. Also is the competition he's facing right now good or not likely to make it to the NFL.

I didn't follow what you were even talking about at first.

..Maybe "aside" would've been a better word-choice.
what are our chances of drafting him if he continues his play?

carolina is starting to get it together as well

Very impressive performance though. The 49ers would be fools not to have serious interest in him.
Very good game for him.

Back on topic -- Yes, indeed. I'm beginning to wonder if we'd have to use our first 1st-rounder on him if the Panthers can win more games. There still should be guys like Bulaga and Fox available later. Plus, no telling who might make that meteoric rise this year into day one. I'm tracking a couple who might.
It does not look like he will last into the second round, so where does he go in the first and would he be a better pick than an OT?

If we address both in the first round, then the issue is moot.

He's definitely a mid-first round draft pick. He's the best OG and an instant starter on the O-line.

How about Cody/Hughes and Iupati in the first round and Fox/Brown in the second?
