Left him on the bench behind Jordan Cameron in one of my leagues. It'd sting a lot more if I wasn't going to win that matchup anyway.

I almost did the same. Last night I read that Arizona is giving up most yards to TE and decided to go with Vernon. I would have definitely lost if I kept him on bench.
