What are the tiebreakers in this league? I can't find them.

Those are default settings. I've no control over these settings...at least I can't find them yet.

Lool it is. My bad, I'm so sorry. This is what happens when you're doing something half asleep. It's not the 4th round pick, it's the last pick of 5th round.
