As far as this goes, I don't see why business can't be ongoing up until August 1st. Once I confirm everyone has paid fees, then we can extend the window up until the keeper deadline if needed.

are you/is it possible to fill the rosters on yahoo.com with the keepers prior to the draft?

Again, keeper deadline is on August 9, Friday before the draft starts on Monday August 12
