What happens when a team is eliminated? Is that just the risk everyone has to take...or is there constant redrafts

Its sort of like a pick 'em mixed with FF. So the smart strategy is to pick players from teams you think will win it all.

Depends on the league. Usually you have a limited number of repicks.
