I'm currently starting Bowe but this is too close (at least in my mind)

Holmes is the #2-3 option, while Bowe is the #1 threat. But Bowe isn't playing much like a #1 WR, that and the MIN secondary will get torn apart while KC will rush for over 200 yards on Indy's weak run defense.
