Anyway, this made me think:

phatbutskinny, maybe you should explain that this is a survival PICK´EM league, not a standard fantasy league.

So no team to monitor, no draft needed, nothing needed like that. Just sign up, give your team a name and then pick one team each week that wins its game. As far as I understand, each team can only be picked once per season. If you pick wrong, I think you´re out.

If people know that, I think there would be more people signing up, because it´s simple and nothing big to do

Maybe add that to your description.
