You're being picky.

Charles is going to go around where Johnson went last year, and for the record, Johnson did go in the top 10 in many of the leagues i was in.

Same here.

LMFAO hell no. Jamaal Charles is a top 10 pick next year.

I wouldnt go that far. Top 20 maybe.

Ray Rice
AP
MJD
Andre Johnson
Chris johnson
Steven Jackson
DeAngelo Williams
Reggie Wayne
Peyton Manning
Larry Fitzgerald

Are all better and more proven picks than Charles. Even Jerome Harrison looks like the better pick over Charles. Harrison had the biggest 3 game stretch in NFL history for a rb!

Jerome Harrison is not a better pick than Charles. Not even close.

The last three weeks, Harrison had good games against two of the worst rushing defenses in the league: Oakland and Kansas City. Against Oakland, Harrison had 3.8 yards per carry. Against Jacksonville, Harrison had 3.8 yards per carry. It's clear that his stats in those games were merely the product of the Browns giving him almost 40 carries per game, which is just insane, and not sustainable.

On the other hand, Jamaal Charles is a legit big-play threat. He's the first running back in NFL history to have 1100+ rushing yards on less than 200 carries. He averages nearly 6 yards per carry. He had 8 games where he averaged more than 6 yads per carry. He is a legit #1 fantasy RB. He doesn't need to touch the ball 40 times in a game to put up huge numbers. Plus, the Chiefs have a better passing game with Bowe, Cassell, Chambers that will take the pressure off Charles next years.

Charles is in a much more stable situation than Harrison, the Browns have Chris Jennings and James Davis, and who knows if they commit to Harrison as their preimer running back next year, or try to make him part of a committee.

Charles is a top 10 pick next year.

Anybody from the Chiefs is not a top 10 pick! We are talking about the Chiefs who will probably be down way to often to rely on the running game! You make that selection and you will be paying for it all year long!

That's just silly logic. It wasn't long ago that Larry Johnson dominated the fantasy football world.

And Steven Jackson plays on the WORST team in the league. And he's on your list.

LJ had 2 future HOF on the line when he played.

As far as Jackson, the guy is a beast. He can handle playing every down in the NFL. Charles hasnt proven anything. You dont draft a guy top 10 with only 257 career carries. Thats just silly!

Chris Johnson had 251 career carries going into this year and you're telling me you wouldn't take him in the top 10 if you could do it again?

Not saying Jamaal Charles is Chris Johnson but your argument is silly.

No its not silly. your argument is. Hindsight is not forsight. Did Johnson get picked in the top 10? No he didnt!

Yes he did actually

13 adp and that was with 1480 all purpose yds and 10 tds.
