Bills are the worst rushing defense in the NFL. They allow a shocking 172 yards rushing per game and almost 5 yards per carry.
Charles has only gotten 20 touches per game the last few weeks, because usually the Chiefs are behind by several touchdowns and have to throw. But the Bills-Chiefs game should be close and allow Charles to get more touches.
Not to mention, Charles is also a kick returner.

Charles without question. Addai doesnt have an easy matchup versus Denver and Charles has the best matchup possible against Buffalo

Charles should get his 100+ total yards. Addai isn't likely to gain many yards, but he's probably more likely to get into the endzone.
If you want to play it safe, go with Charles. His role in the Chief's passing game makes him pretty valuable even when they're behind and abandon the run. Addai is kind of a boom-or-bust play. If it were me, I'd go with Charles and wouldn't look back.
