Who do I bench, I am thinking this may be the first week I bench White playing Philly and no Matt Ryan.

Probably Crabs, but any of them could easily score this week.

I wouldn't count out Roddy, since Redman seems to only want to look for him in the redzone. But with no run game it could be tough.

Since we'll probably be looking to run the ball -- I'd bench Crabtree only because Roddy will probably get more red zone looks. Santana Moss got his first TD in several weeks against the Eagles, so..

i'd go steve smith. crabs is playing a weak seattle secondary and white should see a lot of passes thrown his way regardless of ryan's injury
