Which 3rd string WR should I start?

In one league I have:

Starting:
Roddy White
Braylon Edwards

and then its either:

Steve Breaston (coming off of knee injury but could have big game with Bold/Fitz covered), Chris Henry (who I believe is gonna break out against Denver), Miles Austin (Romo likes him alot).

I am kinda torn between these 3 but if I have to go with someone I believe it will be Chris Henry.

Start Chris Henry

Henry is more of a #2WR, the others are #3WR...plus he had a great camp & preseason....i'd go with Henry

I like Henry as well here.

Also, just read that QB's have a 67.2 pass completion % against the Denver Defense.
