You can't have a league with 4 keepers and have a team lose all their keepers and expect to be competitive anytime soon. Especially when you don't lose draft picks to keep players.

It would easily be 3 years before that team has even a shot at .500.

yeah, that's what happened to me too. Took over a 2 win team and only now have I gotten to 6 wins.
