The San Francisco 49ers are signing defensive lineman Leger Douzable, who returns to the team after being signed in August and then released during the 53-man roster cut-down.


The 49ers are also signing defensive lineman Tony McDaniel.

Douzable has been in the league since 2008, when he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Minnesota Vikings. Since then, he has spent time with the New York Giants, St. Louis Rams, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, New York Jets, and Buffalo Bills. Douzable has 159 career tackles, 6.5 sacks, two passes defensed, and one forced fumble.
